Regional Sales Manager

Frost Control Systems (FCS) is seeking (4) Regional Sales Managers to support our award winning and rapidly growing business.  We are a South Bend, Indiana based startup that manufactures, installs and maintains Road Weather Information Systems (RWIS) Sensors.  The positions are remote based, and the candidate must live within the region they work.  The regions in which we are looking for talent:


  • (1) Northeast

    • Preferably based in the greater New Jersey/NYC/Connecticut or Boston area

  • (1) Atlantic 

    • Preferably based in the Philadelphia, Washington DC, Baltimore area

  • (1) Great Lakes 

    • Preferably based in South Bend, IN | Will consider candidates based in Ohio and Michigan

  • (1) Upper Midwest

    • Preferably based in Chicago, Milwaukee or Minneapolis\St. Paul area


You’ll be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and developing new business.   In doing so, you will have the chance to sell a service for a startup that will grow 5x-10x per-year, for the next several years.  Our very aggressive commission structure will reward you for delivering this growth.  We pay handsomely for new business and you’ll earn renewal commission as you maintain our contracts. 


More, as your book of business grows and Frost Control Systems develops adjacent market opportunities, you may have the opportunity to lead a team of salespeople.  In this, we are looking for thoughtful, empathetic leaders who will aggressively execute on 2020 goals and be ready to take on more when the opportunity presents itself

We are looking for candidates to apply now with a start date in January 2020.  We’ll have a robust on-boarding process that will include a week at our HQ in South Bend, IN.  4-5 weeks later, we’ll bring you back to HQ and have a debrief and do additional on-boarding.

If you’ve helped manage capital projects before, great!  If not, you’ll have the chance to learn on the job.  Have no fear, we have an uber-talented Engineering staff that will also provide sound technical support to our customer base.
